The Pfister Stellen LG529-ESAS is the stainless-finish, touchless version of Pfister’s Stellen high-arc pull-down kitchen faucet. It is a good fit if you want hands-free control and your sink cabinet has room for the sensor hardware and a power source. If you would rather not depend on batteries or an outlet, buy a manual faucet instead.

Pfister sells other Stellen finishes and control packages under different suffixes. Match the full model number, not just “Stellen.”
Check before you buy
- Height. With a 16-3/8-inch total height, measure the clearance to a window sill, shelf or low cabinet above the sink. The aerator sits 8-7/16 inches above the deck, so a shallow basin may splash.
- Deck. The counter or sink deck must be 3 inches thick or less. Count your existing holes; use the deckplate to cover a 3-hole layout.
- Under-sink space. The 71-inch hose, its weight, the supply lines and the touchless control box all have to fit around a disposal, shutoff valves and anything you store there.
- Power. Decide between the battery pack and the AC adapter. The adapter needs an outlet under the sink. Read the manual for what the faucet does when power is lost and how manual operation works.
Touchless trade-offs
A motion sensor cuts down on handle contact while you cook, but it adds electronics and a power supply that a manual faucet doesn’t have. After installation, test the sensor zone with your normal movements around the sink. Keep the control box dry, and check every connection for leaks with the cabinet empty before you load it back up.
Verdict
The LG529-ESAS makes sense when you want touchless operation, a tall high arc and a long pull-down hose, and your cabinet and counter pass the measurements above. If you’d rather have simpler service and no power dependency, choose a manual Stellen model.
