WOODBRIDGE markets the T-0019 as WaterSense. Search the model in EPA’s WaterSense product directory before counting on a rebate. Similar WOODBRIDGE numbers, such as T-0001, T-0031 and the B series, are different toilets.
Measure before you order
- Rough-in. Measure from the finished wall, not the baseboard, to the center of the flange bolts. It must be 12 inches.
- Footprint. Check the 28.5-inch depth against door swing and vanity clearance.
- Supply valve. Make sure the existing shutoff lines up with the toilet’s water inlet.
- Bolt access. Skirted toilets attach with concealed fasteners, which leaves less room for hands and tools than an exposed bolt cap.
Installation and service
At about 101 pounds, a one-piece toilet is usually a two-person job. The flange must be sound and the floor flat. Don’t overtighten the bolts to stop a rock; fix the flange or floor instead. Before you finish, test the shutoff, the supply connection, the base seal and both flush volumes.
Ask WOODBRIDGE how to get replacement seats, flush buttons and fill and flush parts for the T-0019 before you buy. Dual-flush and skirted-toilet parts are often model-specific, and the warranty lasts only one year.
Verdict
The T-0019 fits a measured 12-inch installation where a smooth skirted look and an included seat are worth heavier handling and harder bolt access. If the flange, floor or supply is uncertain, price a plumber into the cost.
